Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI development teams to provide expert insights on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Develop and review AI training materials that reflect best practices across diverse industries.
• Translate complex project management scenarios into clear, data-rich examples for AI model enhancement.
• Guide technical staff and serve as a client-facing lead to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Articulate the nuances of effective team leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder communication for AI learning modules.
• Advise on budgeting, timeline coordination, and adaptive techniques that enable AI models to support dynamic project environments.
• Continuously evaluate and refine AI outputs to ensure relevance, accuracy, and practical value.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end project management across various industries and project scales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts.
• Demonstrated success in team management and guiding cross-functional groups.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, including resource and budget management.
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and adaptive planning in evolving project landscapes.
• Experience interfacing directly with clients and leading collaborative engagements.
• Passion for contributing to AI technologies and a capacity to translate human decision-making into AI training data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in AI training, data annotation, or model development.
• Certification in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, etc.).
• Experience in technology-driven or remote project environments.
