In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Use Notion daily to complete assigned workflows with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Annotate, organize, and prepare content within Notion as part of AI training processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks within Notion, suggesting improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for using Notion effectively.
- Document processes and maintain up-to-date records in Notion databases.
- Support the customer’s team by providing actionable feedback on Notion usage and interface organization.
- Communicate observations and recommendations clearly through both written documentation and verbal briefings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a user of Notion.
- Strong organizational and digital documentation skills within Notion workspaces.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; able to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency in data handling.
- Self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks in a remote work environment.
- Quick learner, comfortable adapting to new instructions and feedback in an AI-focused setting.
- Reliable internet connection and proficiency in remote collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with teams in AI training, data annotation, or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with advanced Notion features such as relational databases, templates, and integrations.
- Ability to communicate technical feedback constructively to technical and non-technical audiences.
