Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level insights and feedback to improve AI model understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate remotely with a diverse team to develop and curate high-quality manufacturing datasets.
- Analyze complex manufacturing scenarios to identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows for AI training purposes.
- Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and industry alignment, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Document and communicate process improvements, technical knowledge, and workflow adjustments with clarity and precision.
- Apply lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance model performance and data fidelity.
- Contribute to a positive, knowledge-driven team culture dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to manufacturing industries.
- Advanced proficiency with manufacturing equipment, technical troubleshooting, and process documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and solve technical problems efficiently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and attention to detail.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally in remote teams and adapting to evolving project needs.
- High level of self-motivation, initiative, and commitment to delivering expert-level results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI training, machine learning, or data curation in a manufacturing context.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or related process improvement methodologies.
- Background in technical writing or instructional documentation for manufacturing systems.
