Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business objectives.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced PL/SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently.
- Utilize Python scripting for automation, data cleaning, and advanced statistical analysis.
- Craft comprehensive data reports and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with remote teams to define data requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple sources and systems.
- Document processes and methodologies with meticulous attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Proficient in Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting tasks.
- Expert-level skills in PL/SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Professional certifications in data analytics or related disciplines.
- Background in supporting cross-functional teams and driving data-informed decisions.
