In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft, analyze, and solve complex algorithmic challenges to support AI agent project development.
  • Generate high-quality, well-documented competitive coding solutions in Python, C++, and C#.
  • Collaborate with the customer's team to identify core competencies and edge cases in coding tasks.
  • Evaluate and refine AI-generated code, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
  • Provide insightful feedback and explanations for code choices and problem-solving strategies.
  • Engage in clear written and verbal communication, articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends in competitive programming and AI-assisted coding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Expert-level proficiency in competitive programming with a proven track record in national/international contests.
  • Deep knowledge of Python, C++, and C# for data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and the ability to break down intricate problems into manageable steps.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience generating, reviewing, and explaining code in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for enabling AI technologies through real-world coding expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in training, mentoring, or reviewing for coding competitions or code-focused communities.
  • Familiarity with large language models, AI agent frameworks, or data annotation for machine learning.
