In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute experiments using mammalian cell culture and transfection techniques.
  • Isolate and establish clonal cell lines and monitor cellular phenotypes.
  • Study the structure, organization, and function of cells and organelles.
  • Assess and document sources of experimental variability across different model systems.
  • Develop and optimize experimental protocols for reproducibility and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with AI training teams to translate biological insights into high-quality datasets.
  • Communicate scientific findings clearly through well-structured written and verbal reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Cell Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on laboratory experience with mammalian cell culture.
  • Proficiency in transfection methods and clonal isolation techniques.
  • Expert understanding of experimental systems and variability across biological models.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and detail.
  • High level of organizational and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with rubcris or similar gene editing platforms.
  • Previous involvement with projects for AI training or data labeling.
  • Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a relevant field.
